Very nice rental for Mardi Gras. Very clean and in great location. There was an issue with the check in email but host was VERY quick to respond and help solve the problem. Would definitely rent again.

Bait and switch

The accuracy of the listing is deceiving and false. It wasn’t until the day before checkin did I receive a complete listing of the property. The intital listing noted a 2 bd property that sleeps 4…with a futon and air mattress, that is completely false. The “futon” being referred to is the couch in the living room. When I emailed Nancy for clarification (perhaps she confused the units) and to follow up on late checkout, I got zero response. The garbage disposal was broken and the sink clogged..the dishes were chipped and broken..laundry left in the dryer…internet kept dropping..by far, the worst vrbo experience gar

Nice place!

Looks bigger in person. Was a very nice place to stay, not too far from local attractions and has been kept up well. Plenty of street parking if you have a vehicle.

Perfect home in the Garden District

House was clean and comfortable. Easy to Uber to locations and Magazine St is right around the corner. Spacious bedroom and master bathroom upstairs. A powder room downstairs off the kitchen is convenient. Loved the porch for morning coffee and evening beers.

House and location are great. Nancy ... Not so much.

This duplex is super cute, clean and the location is fantastic. But the lack of responsiveness from Nancy, the property manager, really put a pall on our trip. First, although there was lots of ground coffee, the only coffee maker was a Keurig and there weren't any pods. I sent Nancy a message asking if there was another coffee pot and didn't get a response back from her for a day. She said she'd have someone bring one by, but never did. Second, several days before check out we asked if we could check out at noon instead of 10. She waited a day to respond and said we could check out at 11. On the day we checked out, the cleaning people showed up at 10:30. Luckily, we were pretty much all packed up. Then, on our way to the airport I got a message from Nancy telling us to collect our bags and check out. I've never had such poor communication from an owner.

Weekend Visit

We traveled to NOLA to visit our daughter who lives near by. The area is a great place to stay to see the city. The food nearby is amazing and we were lucky enough to be the for the St. Patrick's Day parade. We are sure to be back!

Great space

Easily accessible from the interstate. Ample parking on the street for free. Easy to navigate to many of the local attractions. The accommodations are beautiful, light, airy, and pristine. We loved the fact that the owners/host didn’t fill all the cabinets with useless things. It’s so nice to be able to have a place to put your own things that are out of the way. Note: the bedroom is on the second story. I’m sure that the description included this, we just missed it. We really enjoyed our visit. We would highly recommend this location and would stay here again.

To open and not enough communication

I did not receive the proper info as to how to get in. The communication needs to be more open where instead of waiting for email communication as customers we should be able to have a verbal conversations so theatrees can be more clear. I waited to long from a response from the person who was handling my stay and when i used the phone number to call that person stated they dont Handle.my account and that i have to email the person who is. Also the place was nice excpet the door was the sude of the door had glass so we had no privacy in the living room. People could walk by and look into our place. I would live to use this agency again and i would except i need verbal communication. Thank you

We overall enjoyed our stay at this property. The concerns we had were the bathtub had long dark hairs in it and so concern for cleanliness. Everything else seemed clean. There were no paper towels, so we went and bought some, but most properties we have stayed at have had these items. We also did not have extra trash bags, but when we contacted the property manager, she had some dropped off the next day. Overall, we were happy here.

Great location and well equiped.

I loved how this property had a well stocked kitchen. There was everything you needed to cook yourself. Great location. Close to the trolley. Neighborhood was very quiet. I would stay here again.

Loved this property, loved location and loved conveniences. Very comfortable, clean and felt very safe in this area. Any questions or concerned were promptly addressed. Parking was so easy with plenty of on street parking spots at all hours. House very comfortable with added comforts of home, an air cleaner in bedroom closet for white noise. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair spray and bug spray in bathroom closet for our use, if needed. Salt, pepper, spices and basic kitchen essentials were provided in kitchen. Extra blankets and pillows provided for living room and bedroom. I would definitely return to this property if we ever return to NOLA.

Lovely but a few bumps in the road

We were grateful that the management company let us drop luggage early and return later. Upon returning we found that out rental has not been cleaned by the service staff. Upon calling the rental person we were told he was working and couldn’t take the call to which I was very surprised. An hour and a half later he had somewhere swing by to change sheets and clean the bathrooms. She was lovely. However by the time she was done we had to changed our 7pm dinner reservations because we didn’t have access to the bathrooms until she was gone. The next day someone else was too swing by and do the rest of the cleaning. Saturday the adjacent property that shares the building must have had a party going on. I messaged the property rental person again to notify them he said he would check but never called or messaged us back. We were told as far as the cleanliness goes that this never happens but weren’t offered any compensation for our inconvenience. The location is good. The apartment lovely but we would t recommend or stay here again.

Alex was very nice and easy to communicate with. The property is very clean and in easy walking dis.

I would highly recommend your stay here, good location, easy communication with the owners & charming and clean.! The king mattress is comfortable and the queen blow up mattress allows for two others to sleep downstairs. You do have room for 2 single blow up mattresses in the bedroom, if you bring your own. I would definitely call Alex next time I am in NOLA!
