The noise was horrible the whole weekend and no one did anything about it, even after there were numerous complaints. The front desk clerk turned off the elevator because there were so many children playing inside of it. Unfortunately, I didn’t get any sleep. I will never stay here again.

Not non smoking. Someone smoking pot on3rd floor, which filled up hallway. Had to put towel at bottom of door and smell still entered room. Told front desk and they said they know, that’s why they had fan going. It was coming downstairs thru laundry chute. They said they can’t stop people from smoking in rooms. I was Very dissatisfied, but it was too late to find another hotel close to East Jefferson hospital. Beds lumpy, bathtub peeling, management needs to list property as SMOKING. Smells really bad.

Good deal

A lot of cosmetic improvements needed but everything functional and clean. Hot breakfast appreciated. Would have cost $30-$40 more if we went to another hotel with similar amenities.
