The check in in this hotel is from far the worst I ever experienced.extremely rude employee, especially the men, not professional at all No customers oriented, and as soon as you try to discuss with him , he threat you to cancel the reservation. The first impression in the hotel industry is the check in. Never again in this hotel

Everything was great accept for not being able to use the gym since it was vandalized the week before we arrived. Our phone didn’t work but that wasn’t a big issue for us. We had a very pleasant stay and I would stay here again and recommend to people. One of the quietest hotels I have ever stayed at .

The room was clean, staff were amazing, security was incredible, breakfast was pretty good. The downfalls was there was no pool and we thought there was one, outside and around the property was pretty gross.
