Very comfy bed. Nice room. Very secure as you must have a room key to use the elevator and so for. The breakfast was also better than most. Close to streetcar and public transport.

My only complaint would be that the rooms got warm. I reserved the two separater room suite and in order to keep the rooms cool, we had to set the AC to 65 degrees which made the living space freezing. Otherwise the hotel was nice and in a good location to the festivities.

The property was not well cared for, many of the the electrical outlets didn’t work resulting in our phones not charging, there were bugs, it took valet parking 30 minutes to bring our car with no explanation, there was a loud dripping sound coming from the bathroom without obvious cause, the mattresses were HORRIBLE

We loved the room and size of everything. The cost was very reasonable and breakfast was great. It’s a close walk to everything and the trolley cars go by frequently and are about a 2 minute walk from the lobby. To have two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen for the price was fantastic for our family of 4. And a hotel with 3 tvs is unheard of in most places!! You can’t beat it! The only negative is that there are a lot of homeless people hanging around and you can smell marijuana the minute you walk out which unfortunately the hotel itself cannot do much about. The staff are amazing and so friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay again if we came back to the area!

Rude staff. Took 3 tries to get the room i reserved. Valet smoked weed in my van. Rooms were just okay. There was a big burn mark in the carpet. Maintenance had one of the bathrooms locked and took a day to come and unlock it. I would rather sleep in my car. This place was the most despicable place i have stayed in a very long time.

Great location, easy to access from the airport and close to Canal St. Nice, spacious room with settee, kitchen and 2 tvs. Reception staff very helpful. Disappointing breakfast, ran out of yogurts, bananas and staff had to be asked regularly to refill items, (but you won't go hungry in New Orleans).

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping is only every seven days so I would recommend booking a service a few days in if (like me) you are there for a week.

It’s a library outside the hotel that has a homeless encampment and sketchy area. Inside the property look nice.
