We book 2 rooms. One room had a musty smell. There was a musty smell coming from the bathroom. We flushed the toilet, ran water in the sink & the shower. That seemed to help. The second room was fine. The rooms were clean, cozy. The hot-tub/heated pool area was unusable. The picture looks great on the website, but the entire area is around the hot tub/heated pool needs to be power washed because it was damp and had mildew. You cannot have excellent pictures on your website only for your clients to be freaked out by the condition of your heated pool. You can do better. The guest lounge was excellent. Every staff member we encountered was professional, friendly and made us feel welcome. Overall we had a very good experience.

Front desk was great. Room had no soap in soap dispenser in shower. Street noise was terrible and started with deliveries, trash truck at 4:00am. Cleaning of the room was very hit and miss. We spent most of the time on the run. But trash wasn’t emptied or towels changed out daily. It is a beautiful place and will definitely stay again. We will make sure we are in a room not on the street.

I do not like the no cash policy. It discriminate against people who use cash! I had to put one Coke one can of Coke on my room because they have no cash at the bar absurd. The second complaint is the properties door locks kept on malfunctioning. You have to go between two buildings and you have card key locks and I got locked out two or three times. I also had trouble with my card key three times. I don’t know why. Otherwise it was a nice experience. The staff is very pleasant and very good
