Very nice hotel and perfectly located to the French Quarter. Extremely clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was awesome from the moment we arrived until we left. They truly cared about us enjoying our stay. We will DEFINITELY stay there again !!

Upon arrival Charles met us to get our bags and valet our car, check in was not till later in day so the held our bags and had then in our room already when we checked in late that night after parading all day. Entire staff was great and so courteous.

We book 2 rooms. One room had a musty smell. There was a musty smell coming from the bathroom. We flushed the toilet, ran water in the sink & the shower. That seemed to help. The second room was fine. The rooms were clean, cozy. The hot-tub/heated pool area was unusable. The picture looks great on the website, but the entire area is around the hot tub/heated pool needs to be power washed because it was damp and had mildew. You cannot have excellent pictures on your website only for your clients to be freaked out by the condition of your heated pool. You can do better. The guest lounge was excellent. Every staff member we encountered was professional, friendly and made us feel welcome. Overall we had a very good experience.
