I had a really great stay at Suburban Studios Harvey – New Orleans. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a relaxing trip. The staff was friendly and made check-in smooth, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere after long days out in the city. The location was convenient for getting around New Orleans while still feeling calm and safe. Overall, a solid experience and I would definitely stay here again.

It’s a rundown property and it shows. If saving money is the only option then maybe you can consider staying. But think again. The staff is doing the best under terrible budget.

Staff was accommodating with late check in that was greatly appreciated. Gated which is good, but facility had bugs, wall baseboard loose, door didn't feel secure at all and property seemed to promote by design people hanging outside which attracted undesired noise. If I was traveling as a family I would not recommend or traveling solo.

The hotel was what you would expect of 2 stars. Floors were dirty, staff was ok, breakfast was inconsistent and out of a lot of items daily. The hotel seems to get a lot of local traffic looking for a night to stay with local women. They’ll take your payment right away but you will wait more than a week to get your deposit refunded. I would spend the extra money and get a little better hotel.
