A completely renovated New Orleans home, guests are welcomed into a beautifully done ground level unit (New Orleans style basement). There are two large bedrooms each featuring a queen bed and a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances (washer and dryer included) lend plenty of space for guests to enjoy and relax! Our space even comes equipped with a dedicated workspace and an additional single bed with trundle. Centrally located, our home is a perfect base to experience all of New Orleans!

A classic New Orleans neighborhood that’s perfected the art of living. It’s the kind of place where your auto mechanic invites you to a crawfish boil and a total stranger may buy you a drink at an Irish pub or a cannoli at an Italian bakery. Enjoy the beautiful New Orleans scenery and architecture that lines these neighborhood streets!

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire unit (the house is a quad-plex).

The home is walking distance from the Fairgrounds of New Orleans which hosts Jazz Fest, horse racing, and other events year round. Historic and beautiful City Park which features the New Orleans Museum of Art, hiking trails, birdwatching, fishing, golf, and more is only a two minute car ride away. The rest of the attractions in the city - the French Quarter, Superdome, CBD, etc. are all within a 10 minute car ride! Please note that this unit is in a quad-plex and is on the first floor. There is also one twin bed in the unit that also has a trundle underneath; this bedroom is set up with a dedicated workspace and you must walkthrough another bedroom to gain access as it was originally intended as a children's room.

Public Transit:
Various bus lines are in close proximity to the home and allow for easy access anywhere in the city. Bus fare for the day is $3.

Driving:
We are about a 10 minute drive to the French Quarter/Downtown area.

Ride-Sharing:
Uber/Lyft are $15-20 to and from the French Quarter/Downtown. "Surge" rates during busy hours or events may drive this cost up.
