Clean, spacious rooms but service could be better

Pros:: Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Well stocked with appliances. Close proximity to canal Street and the French quarter is a bonus. Cons: The hotel staff is very poor at communicating or responding to queries. I sent them 8 messages and received a response only to one. There is barely anyone ever manning the front desk so it's hard to get any issues sorted. We arrived half an hour before our check in time and found that the access code didn't work. So I tried calling the front desk/property number to ask them if they could let us in. Their response? Send us a message via the hotel chat, which as I've noted before, no one monitors. . So we were stuck outside until we finally found the concierge roaming somewhere. The rooms themselves are not stocked with essentials , except for six pods of coffee, and some sugar, so don't forget to bring your own.

This place was amazing! We were all so comfortable and felt very safe. Walkable to the French Quarter and all the surroundings. Immediate neighborhood was nothing to write home about, but we would totally recommend this place!

We absolutely love the Eleanor! We stayed in a 3 bedroom, with a pullout sofa in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, glassware, and pots/pans. I would stay there again.

This was a beautiful place with great amenities. The unit was very clean with updated bathrooms and kitchen. It’s a perfect place to stay if you have a large group. I would definitely do it again. The only issue is that if you need anything you have to message management and wait until they get back to you. However, they are generally pretty responsive.

I had a wonderful experience this pass weekend. The directions they give you are clear and thorough. I did not see the attendant downstairs, but there was no need for one. They give you the attendant number if needed. All 4 days I didn't have one question or complaint. I loved the garage being attached to the building. If you park on floor 3 on up, you can take the elevator from the garage to your room floor. That was very convenient. The condo was so nice. It felt like home. A very nice home. The layout was perfect in my condo. I can go on about the inside but I'll just say it's nice and everything you need is there.

The perfect place!

Everything was perfect! No issues at all...Everything was exactly as described and accurate as in the listing. Very clean and well maintained...Absolutely going to stay here when back in New Orleans.
