The apartment was clean and the amenities were working. Even though we were on the ground floor, it felt safe the entire time. My only note is that I wish that the kitchen came stocked with some necessities, such as dish soap, salt, or pepper.

Too good to be true. My friends and I booked a reservation here and weren’t able to check in. We arrived at the property at 730pm and there was no front desk attendant nor check in instructions. We couldn’t even access the building. We called several times and was told that customer service couldn’t reach the front desk and basically had to book a reservation elsewhere because we never got a resolution. Do not waste your time or money.

I drove 8 hours to get there and never received the code to gain access, I talked to about 30 people trying to get help. I paid for the room in January of 2026. Long story short I had to spend $597 to get another room. So I’m in the car all this time talking to all these different people with customer service. Mind you I go to the property at :250pm and didn’t find another room til right at 10pm. The customer service needs work and their should’ve someone to trouble these issues immediately. I’m a 56 year old disable women the lupus, sjogrens, sick a cell, aniexty, panic attacks and c-pap machine just to name a few. I need treatments and couldn’t do them fo hours.

I didn’t end up staying. I went to the location and apparently it no longer “existed”. I stayed there for at least 4+ hours there was no host, no virtual check in, nothing and to make things worst I wasn’t the only person who arrived and had the same issue. I had also been in contact with an agent many days leading up to my arrival but the day of I could no longer get ahold of anyone. I had to call multiple numbers to get to the correct line for assistance just to get some sort of compensation as I was hours away from home in another state with almost no where to go for the night in such little time. I recommend not to book unless you desire inconveniences.

This property was much better than expected. Was spacious, Rooms were large, beds were very comfortable. We were there for only 1 night but I now know where to stay when I return. The only thing I would suggest are full length mirrors. There are none.

The locations was great! Walkable to most attractions and the ferry. I would have liked a guest book with information on what was needed to do for checking out and instructions on things like where trash needed to be taken. Hopefully we did enough to help house keepers.

The property was very well decorated with clean and simple ascetics! It is also conveniently located with in walking distance to restaurants and many other attractions. The washer and dryer was a plus to have. We would have enjoyed having a television at least in the master bedroom. Overall we recommend for the price point, convenience, and cleanliness!!

We stayed one night and just literally slept there. They charged us an “incidental deposit” at check in (even though no one is actually there so there is no check I ) and did not inform us and then said they refunded the money but they never actually did. Also we needed to put our luggage somewhere to return our rental car so we asked if we could drop our luggage at 3:30 (check in was at 4;00) and they told us they would not allow us to do this.
