The front desk clerk was excellent in helping us check in. Its a really cute boutique hotel in walking distance of food and a quick urber ride to the bourbon street area. Large rooms with a full living room, large TV, an old school recoed pkayer. Nice.

I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions in the past. While I am uncertain whether it is currently under new management, I have observed that the rooms are not well maintained and the staff appear to lack warmth and professionalism.

When we check in the staff said breakfast will be starts on 6:00am, we check out on Wednesday morning 6:15am, the staff said breakfast starts on 7:00am, our fight is on 9:00am is too late for us.
