Guests will receive codes for the building and individual unit prior to arrival. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for your stay for an additional fee of $150 for a 12pm arrival or $250 for a 2pm arrival. A late departure of 12pm would be an additional fee of $150 (an extra 2 hours). Unfortunately, we are unable to store luggage pre- or post-stay, so if you need to guarantee an earlier arrival or departure, we recommend booking the night before or after in order to guarantee anything earlier than the 2pm arrival or later than a 12pm departure.

Our arrival and departure processes are contactless with the building and unit door codes being sent to you prior to arrival. A rental agreement is required to confirm your booking. A few days prior to arrival, you will receive a virtual check-in message to confirm your information prior to receiving all of your personal codes 3 days prior to arrival. Our property manager and/or front desk staff are available 24/7 during your stay.

Our central location puts you right in the middle of all things New Orleans! We are less than a 10 minute walk from the French Quarter, Caesar’s Superdome, Smoothie King Center, Caesar’s Casino, WWII Museum, and Morial Convention Center. We are also just across the street from a Rouses’ Supermarket that houses a Starbucks. Hundreds of restaurants, bars, and entertainment are all within a short walk of this property.
