This hotel was terrible. It is nothing like the pictures show it and they do the absolute bare minimum that they need to, sometimes even less. You will likely encounter Robby at the front desk. He wears the same clothes multiple days, will barely say anything to you as you just stand there at the front desk waiting for help. Then, when you finally ask him for help he just kind of mumbles and asks what you want. Our room keys stopped working MULTIPLE times through our 3 night stay and come to find out, Robby was only making our keys for 1 night at a time instead of for the entire duration, this was according to the evening front desk person. Robby seemed like he was very out of it, almost as if he was intoxicated or something... When we were trying to check out Robby was just standing outside on his phone and we stood there for a few minutes waiting to see if he would look up at us, but he didn't, so I had to go out and get him. The breakfast is bare minimum and is not always stocked up, it is up to Robby to stock it. He will use a glove to restock everything but then will touch all the door knobs with that same glove and then leave the food container lids open. We did not have house keeping come by even once to our room. One night it was 7:30pm and house keeping was still making there rounds. They seemed very under staffed or something. When it rains, there is a huge gap under the doors and water comes in. They give you bar soap to use for your hands and as body soap.
