The place is just as described & pictures; clean, family friendly and perfect location close to St. Charles Streetcar. We had an awesome family-friendly spring break and would definitely stay there again!
Charming old house with all the modern amenities, very clean especially bathrooms and kitchen, comfortable beds, great location a half block from a stop on the St. Charles streetcar line, and very responsive owner. We'd stay her again for sure!
Property was as advertised, clean, and had character. Host was very responsive before visiting and during when we reached out. As a first time VRBO user, it was also a breath of fresh air to only be responsible for normal clean up and not feel like a cleaning crew on departure. My family and I would definitely stay here again!
We stayed here at Jessica's property while we were down for the National Championship game. The house was just as described and everything was perfect and clean. Located just down from the Garden District there are many shops, bars, restaurants, and a grocery store within walking distance. The neighborhood always felt safe and was very quiet through the night. The bathrooms are well appointed and the beds are very comfortable. On top of all that, Jessica is great with communication.
We stayed here with four adults. Any more than that and it may have gotten a little tight. But with four we were perfectly fine. We highly recommend this location!
What a treat! This is a real gem in a terrific location. Cute. Updated. Very clean. Generous in amenities. So easy to walk to St. Charles as well as Magazine Street. We visit New Orleans and Tulane frequently so we will definitely put this on our “stay again” list.

Well done 2nd floor apartment. Comfortable beds, master closet huge,well supplied bathrooms. Everything you could need is provided in the highly functional kitchen. The location right next to the St Charles trolly is excellent.
We rented this property during our stay for our daughters graduation. The best decision we made as far as lodging goes. Location is perfect. The appliances, the kitchen as well as bathrooms were very up to date. The house was spotless and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony every day.
Jessica, the property owner was very responsive when we had questions. Overall we highly recommend this property. It felt like home away from home. Would definitely rent it again when we are back in Nola!
A great location about 2 blocks to St Charles Street Trolly made getting around easy.
Linens, kitchen, architectural touches, bathrooms, thoughtful amenities (topnotch coffee beans, raw sugar) and other soft touches put this little cottage-like rental in a league of it’s own. Great value and plenty of space.
The owner, Jessica, was very responsive to my questions.
Communication was excellent - read the house rules and the description because everything you need to know is detailed there.

I feel lucky to have found this property! The decor was amazing in style and quality, from comfy beds to the cutest set of Anthropology dishes. I often didn’t want to leave, but when I did, the streetcar was just around the corner. I travel to NOLA a couple times a year and this will be my go-to oasis!
Cute upstairs unit with balcony. Comfy bed. Lots of style. Great kitchen with everything you need. Close to st Charles. As a single woman I was a little worried about the location but it was probably ok. The shower was luke warm because the shower head is so high. Great communication. Easy to access apartment with August app. I would recommend it.
Perfect location in uptown. The property has everything you could need to make your stay comfortable and accomodating. Its clean and well kept. Property owner is very helpful when it comes to questions and prompt in communication efforts.
This was our first stay at a VRBO rental and my wife and I couldn’t have been more impressed by the rental unit and experience.
We arrived at the unit and entered to find a stylish staircase leading up to an open air kitchen and comfortable living room. The vaulted ceilings lend an openness to the space that is further enhanced by the adjoining deck, which was perfect for relaxing on during the day we had nice weather.
The unit was clean, the bedrooms comfortable and nicely sized, replete with sufficient closet space and dressers for us to unpack all of our belongings for our stay. The kitchen was modern with new appliances and everything we needed to cook meals or prepare snacks, along with complementary coffee provided by the hosts. The bathrooms were similarly modern and well apportioned.
All in all, a great experience with very communicative hosts who offered to help us with anything we needed (although we ended up not needing a thing).
From the minute we walked into this beautifully decorated property, we felt at home in New Orleans. The location is perfect and having a coffee out on the balcony made us feel like we belonged there. We stayed in another property of Jessica’s before and loved it. This one is even better; well appointed, open, elegant, inviting and close to everything. We will be back!
