I was very pleased with the location of the room however i was not informed i needed to travel to another property to check in. After checking in room keys were not programmed and had to wait for an employee to come bring programmed keys. Very frustrating and wasted a lot of time. Breakfast was extremely limited and the coffee was not even fresh it was out of a machine. Ended up leaving to go have breakfast and elsewhere. Rooms were very clean and nice.

Location was good, close to many shops and restaurants. Room was clean and well maintained. Bed was a little too soft for my liking. Of note, the building sits directly on a very busy street that is noisy with traffic. This was not a problem for us as we have the same situation everyday at home.

We showed up at the property to find there was no staff. We had to go to another property down the road to be able to check in. After watching a comedy show on Friday, we returned to the hotel to find there wasn't any parking. I called the other property. They said we had to park across the street in the church parking lot. There is no housekeeping. We had to put our towels and garbage outside and turn in a slip in a box to request more towels. We returned that night to find the towels in a garbage bag thrown inside our door. The breakfast was light. Oatmeal packets, packaged muffins, some yogurt, etc. Nothing great. For the price we paid, I expected at least staff on the property and maybe our towels put on the towel rack. Very disappointed.

Absolutely distinctive when we entered the room it smelled like days past when i would walk into a meat packing place. After going to eat, we bought a candle to burn that evening and night to reduxe the terrible odor. The room was clean, plenty of towels. It was a handicap room which should have had a higher seated toilet We had to go to a different location to pick up room cards, then we were asked to contact them when we left. Just very different

When I called to be sure, what floor we was on Tammy Lou, was Upset and rude because we didn't book. drectly with Lodging on the square, . She said, most of the money goes to hotels.com and not the motel.

Need lots of updates. Stayed there years ago and apparently it was sold and has gone downhill ever since. It’s sad because it is a perfect location for shopping.
