Guest are required to sign Rental Agreement. A Security Deposit Hold of $500 is placed on the Guest's credit card by the host 2 days before arrival.
Minimum age to rent is 24. No 3rd party renters. Pets considered w/ prior approval, pet fee. Events considered w/ prior approval, event fee.
ID Required. NO smoking, vaping, illegal activities. Evidence of such will be cause for eviction and/or loss of security deposit, additional fees.
