The hotel probably dates from the 1980s and it looks as though the accommodation itself has received little or no refurbishment during its lifetime. Our studio unit was frayed at the edges, especially the (very basic) bathroom. Having said that, it was clean and there are good facilities on offer, with an excellent restaurant and a small pool and spa. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our ground floor unit was a little noisy early in the morning, with resounding door slamming and car engine noise. Overall, the deal we had found made it reasonably good value for money.
