The Space:

Saddle Row is a charming holiday house nestled on the edge of the New Plymouth Racecourse, surrounded by a picturesque garden in a quiet cul de sac. Located just a five-minute drive or a fifteen-minute walk to the CBD, it offers easy access to local attractions. Enjoy the renowned Festival of Lights in Pukekura Park, which runs from mid-December to the end of January, and the many concerts at the Bowl of Brooklands, a fabulous natural amphitheater.



This sunny and relaxed property is perfect for families, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a six-seater dining table, and two spacious lounge areas. The main living area flows beautifully to a north-facing alfresco dining area, ideal for BBQs and sunset views while planning your next day's adventures.

Bookings exceeding 10 days will incur an extra mid-term cleaning and linen fee every seven days. All properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap, and body wash.
