The Space:

Saddle Row is a charming holiday house nestled on the edge of the New Plymouth Racecourse, surrounded by a picturesque garden in a quiet cul de sac. Located just a five-minute drive and a fifteen-minute walk to the CBD, it offers easy access to the vibrant city life. Enjoy the nearby Bowl of Brooklands and Pukekura Park, both just a five-minute walk away, where you can experience the renowned Festival of Lights and various concerts.



This sunny and relaxed property is perfect for families, featuring a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. With a six-seater dining table and two spacious lounge areas, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The main living area flows seamlessly to a north-facing alfresco dining space, ideal for BBQs and sunset views while planning your next adventure.
