Located just a five-minute drive and a fifteen-minute walk to the CBD, it offers easy access to the vibrant city life. This sunny and relaxed property is perfect for families, featuring a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. With a six-seater dining table and two spacious lounge areas, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The main living area flows seamlessly to a north-facing alfresco dining space, ideal for BBQs and sunset views while planning your next adventure.

Please advise us prior to your stay if you require any of the following items. All our properties are for accommodation purposes only; no gatherings or parties. NO pets. Bookings which exceed 10 days will incur an extra mid-term cleaning and linen fee at the cost to the guest every seven days.



Saddle Row comes well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap, and body wash. You will not be disappointed.



Other Things to Note:

No parties or gatherings. Booking person must be 25 years and over.
