IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Minimum 3 night stay.

NOTE: This home sustained minimal damage from Hurricanes Helene and Milton. The damage has been completely remediated. The house has also added a sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 6 guests.

Sit back and relax in this renovated completely tiled 2BR /2 bath home on the main north canal in Gulf Harbors. Relax and watch the dolphins and manatees from the screened (vinyl windows available) and tiled porch or the paved patio deck with floating dock. Fish from the patio deck or floating dock. The home in decorated with a nautical/sea life theme. There is room for your boat and nearby access to boat ramp.

Access jogging and biking trails, the Cotee River with fun waterfront dining, and the family-friendly Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks.

LIVING AREAS

Large open concept living and dining room. The living room has a sofa and 50" Roku flat screen TV. There is a queen size sofa bed in the back with the TV. The dining area has a bar height table with four chairs located next to the kitchen.

KITCHEN

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and kitchen wares. Everything you need to prepare meals. It is equipped with a counter top microwave and an air fryer for your convenience.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This home includes two bedrooms that sleep a total of six (with the sofa bed in the back area). There are two bathrooms; one with a tub and one with a tiled shower.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a five drawer chest and night stands. It has a Roku TV as well.

The guest bedroom has a day bed with a trundle and a 5 drawer dresser. There is ample storage in each.

LAUNDRY ROOM

The laundry room has a washer/dryer and storage space.

PORCH AREA

The screened porch has a table with 4 chairs, 2 rocking patio chairs and a Roku TV. Removable vinyl windows to close in the porch during the cold months. There is also a gas grill with a cover. It can be moved to the outdoor patio.

OUTDOOR AREA

The outdoor patio area has pavers, rocking chairs with a roll out awing. The lower patio area is also covered with pavers has a concrete table. It's great for relaxing and enjoy the boats going by and manatees and dolphins. Fish from the bottom patio or the floating dock.

Parking is available for two vehicles. A gas grill and beach chairs are on the property.

PET FRIENDLY: We welcome your pets. There is a one time pet fee for up to 2 pets. This fee allows for and extra deep clean. Please remember to check the box for pets if you are bringing your pets. If you forget to pay the fee, we will deduct the fee from your damage deposit. If for some reason you pay the fee and do not bring your pets we will gladly refund you.

There are plenty of nearby jogging and biking trails in the area.

Take a short drive or cruise to the Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks where there are lots of shops and restaurants. There are many outdoor activities /events and entertainment options here.

Take a day trip on the casino boat, deep sea charter or guided fishing trip.

Play golf on one of the area's many golf courses.

Drive to the north to find dining and live entertainment. On the Cotee River and try Catchers Restaurant or Whiskey River just to name a few. Go to downtown New Port Richey for restaurants and bars with live music on the weekends.

I don’t know why anyone would have a problem staying at this property or dealing with Karen. Karen met us there within 5 minutes after calling her as she lives in the same area. Karen walked us through the entire property inside and out and was a phone call or text away with any questions! We had a wonderful time and did see some manatees three different times!

Had a wonderful time, house was extremely clean, owners were very helpful and everything we needed was there. The back porch and patio was where we spent most of our time because we could see the water. It is a great location that I would recommend.

Excellent Winter Rental

Excellent Rental - Clean, spacious, tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home. Everything throughout the house was new including all bedding and towels. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Ate all my meals in the lanai with full view of the water. There was always something to watch when sitting on one of the 2 patios, boats, cranes, pelicans, seagulls, Even dolphins and manatees. Within 5 minutes of grocery store (Publix) retail stores and restaurants. Owners went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. Only drawback is this area has limited sidewalks so if you enjoy long walks you will have to walk on lawns or in the street which is very busy.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time staying at the house on the canal. It’s a lovely spot to watch the boats or just enjoy sitting on the patio and porch. The neighborhood was friendly and safe and there are many restaurants close by. The house was clean and had everything you need. The owners were available if need be, but we really didn’t need a thing. I would highly recommend this stay.

Comfortable stay on the canal

The rental was newly updated and was very comfortable especially during our stay in challenging times. Immediate neighbors were very friendly. Close to shopping. Enjoyed sitting in the lanai And on the deck enjoying the Boaters going by on the canal. Easy access to the gulf and good fishing. Our hosts were very accommodating , friendly and we had no problems so all was a great.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir saßen fast nur auf der fliegengeschützten Veranda (Porch) und auch draußen. Publix in der Nähe. Gutes Restaurant fußläufig zu erreichen. Nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter.Gerne immer wieder.
