Outside the bedroom is a balcony with a fantastic view from where you can watch the sunrise.

New Quay is Ceredigion's holiday capital, perfect for a fun-filled holiday, or a quiet, relaxing break. The town boasts two large, safe sandy bathing beaches and another two-mile-long beach just a short walk away. The harbour has a 200-year-old stone pier extending out to sea: a wonderful dolphin lookout point and the perfect place to enjoy an ice cream or fish and chips.

Also, the mid-point of the All Wales Coast Path, New Quay, is the perfect destination for wildlife lovers, watersports enthusiasts or those wanting to explore the great outdoors.

With the apartment overlooking the bay, you can watch the bottlenose dolphins from the comfort of your living room as well as your bedroom. Obviously, these are wild animals, but they make an appearance most days, and in the summer, there might be groups of 10 to 15 staying in the bay for the whole day. New Quay's restaurants and bars lie within a minute's walk so you may not even need to use your car. In season, the Cardi Bach bus picks up walkers from numerous points along the Ceredigion Coast Path, so you need only walk one way.
