This beach front property has 2 large pools and direct beach access to the non drive section of New Smyrna Beach. Enjoy morning walks at sunrise, enjoy afternoon wave riding and swims in the pool, enjoy cookouts at the pool patio area, play ball or just picnic in the grass area, play shuffleboard, sit and have a morning coffee or evening cocktail on the ocean view patio, take a 1 hour drive to Disney World, Universal Studios or other theme parks in Orlando.

It is clean and clutter free for you to bring your things and feel right at home. All amenities are there for you to only bring your clothes and personal needs. Travel and Leisure magazine calls New Smyrna Beach “Florida’s most underrated seaside city.” It’s hard to disagree. But we’d kick it up a notch as one of Florida’s best little beach towns.

New Smyrna Beach is a mix of Old Florida surfer’s haven, family vacation destination, funky beachfront bars, homes on stilts, low-rise condos, ice cream parlors and quaint art galleries with a wide, 13-mile-long beach joined at the hip to Canaveral National Seashore.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Ensure all beach equipment has been cleaned and is neatly back in its home in the locker. Close & lock windows and balcony door Close bedroom and kitchen blinds Load dishwasher, add detergent, & start
Remove all food & drinks from refrigerator Remove all trash & place in trash chute. Bed Linens can be left on the beds. Place dirty bath,beach and kitchen towels on bathroom floors.
