This beachside home is totally upgraded with modern, coastal design. The living room, eat in kitchen and newly remodeled kitchen are all connected. The kitchen has new appliances and everything you’ll need to entertain and cook. The refrigerator is quite big, so great for storage. The laundry room has a working washer and dryer. Also, a nice sink and cabinets galore. There are two bedrooms. One has a king bed w/ tv and one has a Queen. Two twin comfy beds are in the large entertainment room. The en’suite bathroom has an extra large walk in shower and two vanities. The other bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Open concept living room, kitchen and pool table room. Next to main bedroom with en’ suite there is an extra large space tha includes workspace area. Safe neighborhood and nice walking area along the intracoastal waters where dolphins play.

Great location, better hosts!

The hosts were super inviting and the house is updated and clean. Great location too. Walk to restaurants, Flagler Ave and beach. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would stay here again and again!

Sanctuary after Hurrican Ian

We were fortunate enough to stay at Tammy's lovely home for over six weeks during our recovery from Hurricane Ian. The home was super clean, comfortable, and given our situation, very comforting (the quartz countertops and interior doorknobs are the same that we have in our home). Location is perfect. So relaxing to sit out back on the deck and watch the many birds and squirrels enjoy the bird feeder while we enjoy dinner. Beds are super comfortable. Tammy is a terrific host! While it was a stressful time for us (our home in NSB was flooded and we had to move out during mitigation and repair), staying here gave us a lovely haven in which to retreat after stressful days. As an aside, my husband is still working (remotely) and the office setup was perfect! All in all, an absolutely lovely place to stay!

Beautiful in a great location

I had recently taken a job with a new company and was relocating, I needed a place to stay for a month and I found this home on VRBO. It’s in a great location near all of the fun Sparks and charming new Smyrna Beach. I would definitely recommend this home!
