Located on the 2nd floor with a balcony that the offers a very partial ocean view. Kitchen provides new interior paint, new fixtures, counter tops, cabinets and the cookware you need to make a homemade meal in your home away from home. The bedroom offers a King size bed with ensuite bath - unit is conveniently located at the front so no need to haul your luggage through the complex! When you're not basking on the shore line, you'll find that the complex provides great on-site amenities such as a new heated swimming pool, kiddie pool, 2 gas BBQ's and direct ocean access. Situated in one of the best locations in NSB with Restaurants such as Chases, Izzy's Tacos & SoNapa All Right Out Your Front Door. Coastal Life 205 comfortably accommodates up to 3 people, need more space? NO PROBLEM! This unit can be enjoyed combined with unit 206, the adjoining door allows you to easily combine both units and can sleep up to 6! please contact the host for more details on combining both units!

Coastal Waters is an oceanfront complex on the driving section of New Smyrna Beach. When you're not basking on the white sands of NSB, you'll find the complex provides great on-site amenities such as a heated swimming pool, 2 gas BBQ's and direct ocean access. Within walking distance to many great restaurants with just a short drive from Flagler Ave.
Located near 27th avenue park, walking distance to some of NSB’s popular hometown restaurants and just minutes away from Flagler Avenue & Canal Street! There is parking in the front and an overflow parking across the street which can accommodate your trailer or boat, parking is first come first serve with appropriate parking pass.

We provide a "starter supply" of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags. The starter supplies should suffice until a trip to the store is required. We do recommend you bring shampoo/conditioner, soap, coffee, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation!

Didn’t even unpack

Had to park across busy highway. Front door opens right into bed. Many things were rusted behind normal for the beach. The actual view from the patio is stairs with people walking up and down feet away. Stain on carpet that was not visible in picture because it has a table in the pic. Patio had mop and dirty sock, along with an inch of dirt and sand swept into corner. We just grabbed our stuff and went elsewhere.

Don’t stay here

I’m not going to go on and on about this condo , but it was not good. It was not clean at all and there was no basic essentials. 4 towels for a week, no beach towels, no dish cloths and many other things that I’m used to from all other VRBOs we’ve stayed at. Our partial view was ok and the pool was nice. My advice is do not book this condo!

Unit was filthy. No toilet paper holder, not soap dish in shower. No battery in clock. Patio doors so dirty you couldn't see out of them.

Weekend Getaway

My boyfriend and I booked a night for my birthday. We went to the Garlic which was about 5 minutes away and a down town area about 7 minutes away. The place was cute but overall not as clean as we had hoped for. We felt it wasn’t cleaned properly prior to our stay. You also must remove all sheets prior to leaving and although that’s understandable the mattress was gross with multiple stains which made us feel more dirty after sleeping in it all night. Great location but over all cleanliness is why our rating was lower.
