Property consists of at least two different sites. One is the main building with a nice lobby and new features. The other building has no lobby and older feeling halls which are not air conditioned. The pools are on separate building sites also and this was not explained on checking in.

Everything was exceptional. We stayed 2 nights. Only thing which wasnt the properties fault. The fire alarms were going off at 3am. Ive stayed there before and it is very clean and close to flagler to walk, and right on the beach.

We arrived around 6 they gave us our key and we entered into an unclean room! We then returned to the front and after a bunch of screaming they gave us another room! We paid for oceanfront but instead we got bottom floor pool view which was horrible bc if you left your blinds open to see the ocean everyone is looking in! They then promised us the next day early our original room would be ready! After a long day of baseball we returned and guess what our room was not ready and was advised they don’t know why! Finally we said just give us any room! So a non ocean view they gave us and didn’t want tk refund us our money! This took smelt musty, sliding door doesn’t open and TVs don’t work! We called Expedia and they called the manager who wanted to refund only $100 Expedia agreed it was a joke so EXPEDIA themselves refunded us more and then advised us to contact American Express which we agree! Also parking in our building was 6 spots so in the pouring rain we had to park across the street and get soaked! To top it all off went to urgent care bc my eye got bad and I developed pink eye! They did say it could be from the uncleanliness of the place I am staying at’ wouldn’t recommend!!!!!!

Getaway with friends

The room was large . We had 2 bedroom , 2 bath for 2 couples. Plenty of room for all of us. Unit was direct Ocean front over the pool. Views amazing! Beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. . We had all we needed to make meals . The hot water was off and on in the showers however. Maintenence came and said it was fine but one of us had a lukewarm/cold shower daily then it got hot so it took a long time to get hot. The sliding doors are stained with salt so should be cleaned or replaced. There were only 2 deck chairs for 4 people so we ended up putting dining chairs outside . The overhang/roof areas need to be painted and the canvas covered area at top needs replaced . Not enough parking at our site (there are 3 properties) so we had to park across the street. The pool was clean and temperature was great! The beach access was super close and easy with a foot wash and shower available poolside. Grills also available. We had a great time and would definitely stay again .

The property location is unbelievable. The room is a bit worn. The front desk staff is very accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend this place and will be staying here again.

Very loud AC in room. I asked to be moved after one night. Front desk said I had to pay $100 cleaning fee. The rate was per night. Inject time I should make two separate day reservations, or better yet pick another place. They do not advertise but they are charging for parking,

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked great. Location was perfect, with beach access, restaurants close by, multiple pools, and shopping very close. There was much more room than I expected and we had our own balcony. I will definitely stay again.

I had a great stay at Coconut Palms Resort! The location is perfect- right on the beach with beautiful ocean views. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the whole atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Perfect spot for a beach getaway! Will definitely return.
