Enjoy a 30 second stroll to unique shops, top-rated restaurants, and trendy bars on Flagler Avenue! A short 5 minute walk east is all it takes to delight in NSB's spectacular award-winning beaches! Recreate your favorite meals in the fully-equipped kitchen or kick back in the spacious fully-fenced private string-lit yard with dining table and awning.

One (1) Ring doorbell camera is at the front entrance and turned on. Recordings of audio and video take place at the front door area when motion is detected.

Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.

A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on credit card used), the security hold will be released and re-held each 4-7 day period of your stay.

Parking:
One (1) Single-Car Attached Garage Space (Dedicated), Common Shared Parking (First Come, First Served), Street Parking (First Come, First Served). All are offered free of charge to guests. Due to first come, first served nature of shared parking spots, expect limited shared parking availability during peak event periods in town. No trailers, RV's or oversized trucks are permitted on community parking premises at any time.

This property is dog friendly (2 dogs max) with a Pet Fee of $162.87 USD + Tax. Dogs must be cleaned up after throughout guest's stay and must never be permitted on any furniture or left unattended at the property. Please be sure to disclose accurate pet count when booking. Legal ADA Service Animals (dogs or miniature horses only) are always welcome and do not need to be included in the pet count when booking. Please note that an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) does not qualify as a Service Animal in the State of Florida.

This townhome provided comfortable & convenient space for an extended stay that involved work. It was so pleasant to enjoy coffee on the patio in the morning & walk on Flagler, to the beach, & in the neighborhood several times a day. There are quite a few places to shop & eat just steps away as well. I do think the most this space can comfortably accommodate is 4 people. Lastly, check-in & check-out was remarkably easy.
This is Flagler. The townhome (one of eight in two buildings) is around the corner on Pine.
Our golden who LOVES the beach; however, we had to find dog-friendly spots because NSB (and the county in general) is not dog friendly.

Less than a block off of Flagler Ave. Walk to beach, shopping and restaurants. Access to a 1 car garage which is where we stored our bicycles and beach gear. Awesome stay in a great little town.

Location, location !!

Perfect spot near all of our favorite places. Easy walk to restaurants, spa, beach. Outdoor area was super cute and private. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. Home waa very clean and cozy. Highly recommend!
