Please do not waste your money. The only positive is the property with the pool area, access to the beach and view from the room. The photo is deceiving. When you open the door you walk down a long dungeon like hallway to the living area. The door stop is hanging off the wall. The floors were filthy. The secondary bathroom has not been updated for at least 15 years. The bathroom fan is hanging off the wall and the "shower curtain" rod is rusted. The second bedroom is located far from the rest of the living area. There was a canister of "Damp Rid" hidden in the closet that looked like it contained hazardous waste. When we arrived we realized the ice maker did not work. When we told management they said the part was on order and there were ice trays available. There were no ice trays and we bought bags of ice during our stay. If the part was on order that meant before our arrival and probably before we rented this dump they already knew the ice maker was broken and they never told us. Because it was broken the refrigerator sounded like a space shuttle taking off the whole time we were there. We had to keep the bedroom door closed just to sleep. None of the switches are marked so you had to spend time figuring out what switch worked what. Very annoying and a simple customer service fix. The owner and management company should be embarrassed to even rent this place out. I have photographs of all these issues.
