Serviceable with problems

Clean and serviceable for our purposes (sightseeing in the area). However, the shower in the second bathroom does not produce hot water! Very inconvenient for 5 people to share one shower! Consider asking for refund. Also, the TV remote in the bedroom doesn't work- probably needs new battery.
