24 hour audio and video surveillance is present in all public areas of the building including entrances and the pool. Devices will be on.

Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.

A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on credit card used), the security hold will be released and re-held each 4-7 day period of your stay.

Parking:
Two (2) parking spaces per booking allowed (First Come, First Served). All parking is uncovered and provided free of charge. Parking on community lot requires provided fillable parking passes to be displayed on vehicle at all times or be subject to tow at vehicle owner's expense. RV's, trailers or oversized trucks of any kind are not permitted on premises.

As a guest of this condo, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
