Reside in the heart of the NSB beachside nearby unique boutique shops, top-rated restaurants, and trendy night life. Turtle Tracks Bungalow is fully equipped with a full kitchen and provides generous amenities and ample lounging areas throughout!

Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.

A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on credit card used), the security hold will be released and re-held each 4-7 day period of your stay.

Parking:
One (1) Single-Car Attached Garage Space (Dedicated), Common Shared Parking (First Come, First Served), Street Parking (First Come, First Served). All are offered free of charge to guests. Due to first come, first served nature of shared parking spots, expect limited shared parking availability during peak event periods in town. No trailers, RV's or oversized trucks are permitted on community parking premises at any time.

Great property/Great Location

We had a great time. It was perfect for our 5 day trip to NSB. We flew into Daytona, took an uber to NSB and rented a golf cart for the week. We could get anywhere we wanted to go from the unit.

Awesome location.

This property is one block off Flagler Ave. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. Kitchen has everything you need. Would stay here again for sure.

Great location!

Wish my sister and I were there for fun, but we were there to visit our brother in the house. The unit is a fabulous location. I wish on our down time we could have utilized the upper deck. However, I believe the association just did repairs to it and it was not ready. I would highly recommend this property. New Symrna Beach seems awesome! Wish we had some more down time!

Do not stay until deck is finished

First the good - the location is terrific, only steps away from Flagler Ave. management company was flexible in offering potential remedies, including a partial refund that I have not seen any sign of to date. There is a deck just outside the bedroom. Open the sliding glass door, and it’s there. The listing says that the deck would be unavailable to guests at this time. Fine. What was NOT mentioned is that there would be three men standing right outside the sliding glass door talking loudly, drilling, and hammering at 715 am. The door is covered by flimsy old vertical blinds, it was very easy to see in and out of the door even when the blinds were ‘closed’. There was loud drilling and hammering all day both weekdays I was there. Their own guidelines prohibit noise before 8 am or after 10 pm, but there was very loud noise both weekdays I was there, well before 8. There is no way I would rent here again, and especially not until the deck is completed.
