recently remodeled in first class style......excellent location.....less populated area of atlantic ave.....very quiet.....minimum congestion....must try the Garlic restraurant 10 min away which is extremely unique in its natural setting and very large tasty portions

The unit is freshly remodeled, very nice and clean as advertised. The location is great. Publix is only few minutes away. The property manager Tracy is very responsive with all our questions or need. The property has a big box of beach toys, chairs and umbrella for us to use. We were lucky to see the SpaceX launch at 6:07am on the first morning of our stay. We also met the little tortoise resident of the property that was walking around on the grass in front of the condo. He/she was really cute. We didn’t bring bug spray with us and got those no-see-em bug bites even though the area don’t have many shrubs around. The property is part of the beach that Volusia county allows cars on the beach. Since we stayed at the beginning of the week, there were only a few cars, but the weekends may be a different story.Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
