Enjoy your next vacation in this oceanfront house with a private dune deck located in serene south New Smyrna Beach. As the name implies, the owners are artists who built the four-bedroom, two-bathroom house on a pristine stretch of beach in 1977, with family gatherings and southern getaways in mind.

Artist Beach House will provide everything you need to make your vacation in New Smyrna Beach truly memorable - whether you're inside relaxing with a book, sitting in the Adirondack chairs on the deck enjoying your morning coffee and watching pelicans and porpoises go by, or relaxing in the dune with a glass of wine. Awaken to sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean, stargaze or watch Cape Canaveral launches from the dune deck, and fall asleep to the gentle sound of the surf.

The house is fully equipped for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It boasts two living rooms, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms. There's central AC and WiFi throughout.

Upon entering Artist Beach House your eyes will be drawn to the fantastic ocean views from the living room whose walls are adorned with the owners' original artwork.

The living room offers comfortable seating, a 42” Samsung Smart TV, a wireless blue tooth speaker, and stunning ocean views. Two bedrooms are adjacent to the upstairs living room. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a 32” Samsung Smart TV. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. There is a bathroom conveniently located to both. The kitchen is fully equipped and there's a dining table that seats four to six people.

Downstairs is a second living room with a 42” Samsung Smart tv. The two adjacent bedrooms have one queen bed and one queen bed. The downstairs bathroom is newly renovated.

For fun in the sun, there are beach chairs, umbrellas, and three beach bicycles. On cooler or rainy days guests can use the art supplies and puzzles.

Artist Beach House is located just two miles north of the federal park “Canaveral National Seashore”, an ideal spot for nature lovers. This 25 miles of pristine Atlantic Ocean beach, dunes, and Mosquito Lagoon is the longest expanse of undeveloped land along the East Coast of Florida. The park provides habitat for 15 federally listed (Threatened and Endangered) animal species, ranking it second in the entire National Park Service. Three sea turtle species nest on the beach each year and large numbers of waterfowl and wading birds utilize the Seashore as a migratory stopover and wintering ground. The park also contains the historic Eldora House and the prehistoric archaeological site Turtlemound.
