You’ll have the entire duplex to yourself, with two separate living areas, two fully stocked kitchens, two laundry areas, private outdoor space, and parking for up to 8 vehicles. This setup works especially well for groups that want to stay together while still having space to spread out.

Upstairs: 1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, full bath, half bath, and second-story porch.

Perfect Stay for a Bachelorette Weekend!

Our bachelorette group had an amazing stay at this VRBO in New Smyrna Beach! The house was perfectly spacious and cozy, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax. Loved the location of the property - so close to the beach with easy access! We rented both the upstairs and downstairs units which gave us plenty of space and the accommodations were very nice. Amazing Family Vacation
