All 3 of these bedrooms open onto private balconies with water views. From the loft area ascend the spiral staircase to the super cozy 4th bedroom with full bed, vanity area and separate comfort AC. The garage stocks everything you need to enjoy the outdoors (bikes and beach equipment) as well as the washer and dryer and a Tesla charger.
