The amenities and the friendly people will be the highlight of your most precious vacation . Only resort with two different recreation centers. Do not forget to sign for free classes and more. Be swept away by breathtaking swimming pools, Sauna, whirlpools, tennis courts, and gardens all over. Experience New Smirna beach at its highest while visiting the famous restaurants : The Garlic, Norwoods, and JB’s on the river with live music and kayaks and pvt boat rides. You will see manatees, dolphins, and wild birds. Sorry lovers of wild life, they have no sharks alligators or snakes. 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in an elevator building with garage parking. The kitchen is fully stocked, the LR has a 60” TV and there are TVs in the bedrooms. The condo has a balcony with a dining table overlooking tropical green space. On-site amenities include, private beach access across the street, two swimming pools, two fitness centers, sauna,, tennis courts, shuffleboard, walking trails, barbecue grills and a trash chute on each floor. The condo is conveniently located 5 miles from Flagler Avenue where you can enjoy the views, restaurants, bars, live music and shopping. Publix Supermarket is also very close.

The kitchen is fully equipped for family dinners or wine on the balcony. Linens are provided. There are board games for your enjoyment after a day on the beautiful beach.

There is a nice elevated walking trail that winds through the green space.

We are located 2 miles from the famous Canaveral national seashore park. 6 miles of untouched beaches .new smirna beach has excellent restaurants, Garlic , Boston Sea food, Norwoods on the tree. Come an enjoy the view of manatees , dolphins andfish while you de gusting fresh sea food listening live music next to the lagoon at JB’S

Wonderful condo! Easy check in. Very roomy and comfortable. Aldo communicated with all details and checked on us during stay. Fireworks on beach across the street were fantastic (4tth celebration).

Nice stay on the beach

The condo was great- well stocked, clean, homey, great location walking distance from beach. Pools are HEAVILY monitored by residents with clipboards and tons of rules (no music, toys, jumping into pool, balls, etc)- makes it a bit less enjoyable for families with small kids.
