The condition of the room and hot spring facilities in the room were fine. The shower head didn't work though. At check in hotel staff had the wrong name on our reservation and it took longer to check in. Breakfast was a plus. A passable place for an overnight stay in Wulai.

A little old but nice.

The location itself was a bit inconvenient. We had to walk up the mountain, but once we get up it was easy to find. It takes about 20~30 minutes to walk up, but driving or taking the taxi up would only take a few minutes. The check-in staff allowed us to leave luggage at the front desk before our check-in time. And we had our choice of room types. The room itself was simple, clean, and most importanly, quite spacious. The hot spring tub in the bathroom was also pretty big. The free breakfast include rice porridge and some Taiwanese-style porridge side dishes. There were also toast, scrambled eggs, and ham for guests who prefer a more Western-style breakfast. Overall, our stay was relaxing and satisfactory.

Enjoy Hot SPA, Movie, Breakfast

We enjoy the hot SPA inside the room. The free movie channels provide many good movies. Opposite to IMARS is a large free parking lot. Easy jogging distance to Wulai water fall and Gondola. Excellent service and breakfast buffet.

great place to stay!

This hotel was great! Room was large and quiet, employees were very friendly and ready to help for any question we had. Bathroom was clean and the big spa was a real gift. We really enjoyed our stay.

彈簧床已經有點失去原有彈性，整個床塌陷，已經可以觸摸到彈簧了!建議要更新囉!其餘感覺都不錯，泡湯池很大，水也夠燙，只是蓮蓬頭的水量不夠，應該是美中不足囉

店家非常準時才安排入住 房間對面是一個小小夜市 燒烤店的味道會跑到房間 大概十點夜市就會關 溫泉的浴缸很大 三個人也可以一起用 可是浴缸外應該多加一層階梯 浴缸跟地面差距有點大 腳滑會很危險 要自己小心 而且泉水濃度也很高 沾到地上會比較滑 比較在意窗簾好像比較舊跟髒 早餐可能是因為沒太多住客 所以是按需要供應 晚餐要早點吃 因為老街也很早關店 旁邊就是便利商店比較加分 因為十點後就沒店員 所以有問題要早點解決 我們那天發現廁紙比較少 幸好發現及時

房間的換氣窗我希望可以做些維護修繕，因為它不能完全密合，導致對外部隔音不是太好，房間整體而言算是乾淨的，而在房間浴室內泡湯時剛好被我看到馬桶內側沒有刷乾淨，雖然平常看不到，但若剛好被看到也真的是不太妙。整體而言我很喜歡這次的住宿，希望提的這些小缺點可以被改善。
