We vooke a 1 room deluxe suite was given a standard room .when we told them they told us they didnt know what we where talking about. We contacted hotels.com they called but the person they spoke with said we had the right room but it was not the one they advertised

I loved that everyone was so friendly. My check in took a little longer then I expected but that was an error on my part. Front Desk handled it with complete understanding. I forgot to load money to my card. Everything in the room was awesome. The bed was so comfortable that I fell asleep right away. Very enjoyable stay. I will be back.

Stood in line for about 30 minutes just to get checked in the check in staff seemed kinda lost on what she was doing,got to our room the blankets had dirt marks and boogers on them the wall had a dry blood mark on it and staff just kinda just laughed about it didn’t offer nothing to come clean it up or anything my children are the ones who point this out we wasn’t even in the room for 5 minutes

I went to check in at 5:30 pm the room was not ready told me to come back in an hr or so.other than that it was good receptacles. Outback needs some work. I didn’t have anywhere to plug my boat in.
