Nice property. However, it's important to communicate to folks the rules of how things work regarding laundry, use of kitchen, etc.

Awesome unit!! Very family friendly!
We loved it here and will definitely return. We stayed with our two kids (age 2 and 4) and they slept in the bed in the nook (which they loved) and we had the Murphy bed that pulled down from the wall. Even the bathroom had a cabinet next to the sink which the kids climbed on to brush their teeth. We wanted a one bedroom apartment for our stay so we could stay up later than the kids and this was perfect. It also had a great fridge and kitchen which we used to have breakfast and warm up restaurant leftovers. There is no table to eat on so we ate Japanese style around the coffee table. They have a lot of common rooms with activities going on, and a basement with a game room.super awesome vibe. It's wall street so only 3 blocks from the subway and super quiet at night(kids slept 12hrs one night bc the curtains are so great in the unit). Close to the waterfront so we walked to the Brooklyn Bridge, ferry to governors Island, trinity church, sea glass carousel, etc. Not a lot of restaurants there but ten min walk from Fulton Street which had good eats and arts. Just a really nice size unit which made the stay so much more fun for the kids and us! Our unit was the second to the last smallest one. Only complaint was the water pressure in the sink and shower was too strong. Wish I had an option to turn it down slightly.
