Day of your arrival: For security purposes, your access code will be shared 30 minutes before your check-in. Your code will not be active until 4pm (unless otherwise discussed).

The nightly rate accommodates up to 6 guests, while our unit can comfortably sleep up to 9. Any guest beyond 6 are considered extra guests and a fee of $30 per guest per night will apply.

Please, we want to ensure the guest checking in after you will enjoy the place just as you have. There will be a fine of $1,000 if there is any evidence or smell of smoking in our unit as this can ruin our future guests' experience.
