The main floor features an open-concept living and dining area with 12-ft ceilings, exposed brick, and original architectural details throughout. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the space and includes a coffee station and breakfast nook, making it easy for groups to gather.

Also on the main floor is the primary bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bath, and blackout window treatments.

Location was a perfect match to description. We were grateful the property had off street parking for 1 car. Groceries were a bit difficult to pinpoint as we aren't used to the bodega lifestyle. Ended up finding a Target nearby that helped. Definitely appreciated the kitchen having all basics for cooking/eating, and filtered water through fridge is a plus. Plenty of beds for our family. Master bedroom can be noisy if there's guests staying upstairs in the other property. All the beds were comfortable and clean. Appreciated all the air conditioning! The quickest way to NYC from property we found, is taking the Journal Square Path trains to world trade center or 33 St stations. We would stay at this location again.
