My family and I were looking for a rental for weekend. Booking was simple and easy, paid up front. The week of our trip I reached out to host about check in process and did not hear reply. I messaged three times during week and called. The call went right to voice mail and no return. We did not hear from host. I contacted VRBO the day before and they tried to contact host with no answer. After 12 hours of waiting and no reply. I contacted VRBO who gave me a refund. I would not recommend this house if you are counting on a place to stay because the host doesn’t reply. Don’t even know this is a real location.
