There’s a fee for parking your car of about $30 per day. The TV in the room was not working. Also, they do not automatically clean your room every day you have to request that service.

We were struggling to figure out the airport shuttle but Douglas was extremely patient and very helpful, returning our many calls trying to figure out directions! Awesome customer service, I would have been fed up with us. The room was also very clean and the beds were sooooo comfortable.

Not up to scratch!!

Although The hotel was modern and clean we waited at the hotel shuttle pickup for 1 hour. We rang the hotel front desk 3 times, each went unanswered. We finally had no choice but to get a taxi at $40. When we arrived at hotel the front desk did not seem that interested. Despite previous reviews we found the breakfast very disappointing, no toast, only cheerios for cereal and coffee was not good. We have been members for at least 20 years and I think this is our first bad review. Hope it’s our last.

Great place to stay after long travel. Staff is very friendly, the room comfortable, 24 hour gym and delicious food at the restaurant. Only thing I would improve is staffing at the restaurant. Took nearly an hour to get the food after ordering. I still rate high as the meal was yummy and the staff were nice.
