The long driveway allows for 3 vehicles, backyard has benches to enjoy outside (a makeshift firepit is at the end of the backyard). Two miles from St Rt 16 going anywhere from Columbus, Zanesville, Heath, Granville. Close to Legend Valley Concert venue, Denison University, Midland Theater. Less than 1/2 hour drive to Amazon, Intel, Discover Card. Must be 25 or older to reserve. No pets. Smoking is allowed outside only. The number of guests will not exceed four at any time. If more than 4 you will be cancelled.
