The person at reception during our check in was not friendly. My bank blocked my card, and the way this was handled made me feel as if I were being treated as a scammer. We had just arrived from New Zealand and were very tired, and I was not feeling well at the time. I was travelling with two teenagers and managing MS and menopause, which made the situation particularly stressful. A more empathetic approach would have made a significant difference to our experience.

My original room had a huge stain on the top blanket and a redoubt brown stain on the sheet. I requested another top blanket due to the huge stain but it never came despite waiting for hours. The heat didn't work the gist day but was switched to another room.

The room was extremely clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Also the hotel is located at a active part of the city with stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Room was clean and spacious (although the bathroom was a tight fit). Includes a small mini fridge but no microwave. No smart TV but plenty of channels. Rooms have individual temperature control that actually works. Staff is friendly and helpful, especially the bartenders. In house restaurant is convenient, delicious, and reasonably priced. The location is secured due to its proximity to the train station. Definitely do not book here if you are a light sleeper...those trains run all day and night. The welcome cookie is my favorite perk :) Staff was friendly, especially the bartenders.

Very convenient for getting into Manhattan. Lobby is connected to Penn Station. Rooms are nice. Good security. Only complaint is the lobby isn’t very nice and has limited amenities.
