Room was clean and spotless . I could still smell the carpet powder that was put down before vacuuming . It was so comfortable and cozy. Check in was smooth and when you walked in the lobby , it smelled clean . Staff were nice and helpful .

I made this reservation based on when I called the front desk of this establishment and the customer service number that I would receive a room with a bathtub. 🛀 I even went as far as to call 📞 the hotel at 3pm to let them know I’d be there shortly and to reiterate that my room had a tub. Check in room has no tub 😐. No I everyone has checked into a room that has a tub 🙃😐. Not only that. I received a room that was handicapped and the tub’s stomper didn’t seal for the tub to have a bath in. I’m not coming to this establishment again. Excuse after excuse. Stayed the week before last and had the same issue.

Was given a handicap room and were another rooms available. Thing is I called earlier in the day to make sure that wouldn’t happen. Nonetheless, stay was still good and hotel is very clean with a new feel. Staff is great as well.

The breakfast options were good but it could use a bit more variety and later hours. When I'm on vacation I'd like to sleep in late and eat around 11 verses getting up early and rushing to eat by 9 or 10am
