It's right downtown Newark and surrounded by everything which was great. What isn't great about it, is parking... You absolutely can not park on the streets from 12am to 6 am and during peak hours it's very difficult to find parking. The place was pretty tidy and neat. Any issues I had with the place the property manager was quick to respond. I think for the room it was a little pricey but overall a decent experience. Not bad at all.

Hey, we were dissatisfied with the property so we left, we didn’t even stay. There were multiple issues, the pictures in the listing did not accurately represent what was actually there. The front door was very difficult to open and close, my family felt unsafe and did not want to stay due to being unsure if the door would stay closed and locked while we were there. The fire alarm in the hallway was constantly beeping so we weren’t sure if it was working properly therefore felt unsafe. None of the windows locked. And there was a smell like someone tried to coverup smoke. I am asking for a refund due to the apartment not meeting my standards and being unsafe due to the fire alarm low battery and windows not locking.

The apartment was super-clean, with a comfortable bed and the sheets smelled so fresh. Checking in was easy. Alonzo was always available to answer questions; he got back to us almost immediately with answers to our questions. Good location, a short walk to Newark Penn Station. A quiet neighborhood with great restaurants nearby, as well as a Whole Foods and wine store adjacent to Whole Foods. A good experience and we look forward to our next visit!

Home away from home

I. Stayed at the property for about a week. Is was a little tricky for me at first with the lock keypad, but I got it after a few tries. The apartment was roomy for a family of four. The apartment is right across the street from a supermarket so if you want to cook your own meals you can. Very quiet neighborhood. I would recommend staying there and I would stay there again. Alonzo was a great host. Got back to me right away when I messaged him.
