No fresh towels etc during our 2 night stay.

We stayed for 2 nights and on arrival it was basic but a very clean room & bathroom. We were just disappointed that our room had not been replenished with clean towels or tea/coffee etc. for 2nd day/night. We weren't bothered about the bed not being changed but to return in the evening after our day out to see our dirty towels were still on the bathroom floor from the night before and morning was not nice. I know we could have called and I'm sure the owner would have brought us fresh towels etc. but when you pay a cleaning fee for a 2 night stay, you expect it to be cleaned after our first night and not have to reused damp, used towels etc.

Wedding weekend

We had the most amazing weekend ! Room was very clean and comfortable - great facilities and very convenient for the wedding we were attending at kelham hall. So glad we chose this option to stay at ! Thank you James for a wonderful nights sleep after a very long day ! Great pub next door too !!

Amazing bed, lovely room, great place!

The location was great, was out the way so a nice change, but still close enough to various amenities local. The room was cozy and clean. The bed was amazingly comfy! Had the best nights sleep! Will definitely be staying here again, cant wait for my next trip!

It does what it sets out to be very well. Access arrangements were easy and effective, a code. Sent by text for a numbered key safe, and the property spotless. Plenty of good parking. Room large enough for a short stay and with enough shelving for the purpose. Plenty of power points. Bathroom small but very good and an excellent shower with complimentary body wash etc. The only change we would suggest is that for cold nights, a thicker duvet would be good as even with the extra throws provided, it was still chilly. Amazing easy check in with locker for keys ample parking next door to a great put easy walk to races even though most is on road colas its a day meeting room is very high standard only wish it was bigger I’d love a bigger room but still great for purpose of visit deffo be back

Great pre use contact by owners with directions and instructions for when we arrived. Rooms were good size and location and as good for the wedding event we were at. would use this venue again if was in the area.
