I found a receipt and somebody elses clothing under the bed when looking for something my toddler threw which makes me think its a very basic cleaning in between guests (byt i found these easily so maybe more attention to detail wojld be beneficial). My toilet in my room ran all the time (not overflowing just after it flushed it made the noise that sounded like running water). Otherwise I like the proximity of the property to restaurants and ither things to do. I like staying here when coming up north to see family.

The rooms are large and clean. The people are nice. We stayed for two nights. Bathroom was until we had to change room because the toilet was not functioning properly from beginning. Dealt with it as we were tired after a long delayed flight and checked in at 3 am in the morning due to additional delay caused at car rental as only one person was working at the counter (since after hrs). Because the plumbing system of the hotel happens to be old, the bathroom of the alternate room that we shifted to also had problems. It was very annoying. They need to fix the plumbing problems probably throughout the hotel.

Gets the job done

Front desk staff varied from excellent to not so great. I asked for two extra pillows over the course of 48 hours 6 times, with no luck. The last time I inquired, I was told they had no more pillows and then asked why I hadn’t asked to speak with a manager. A little bit frustrating. Granted, It was a busy weekend for them. Shower faucets were a bit finicky. We also booked a room with a jacuzzi, and didn’t get that. Place was clean, quiet, toilets/showers worked. Breakfast was plentiful. Price was right.

After checking out early from another horrible hotel, the Wilshire Grand was a relief for my tired traveling bones and soul. I was also able to get a very good last minute deal which helped when I had to extend my stay an additional 3 days. My only complaint would be the inability to stream services like Netflix or Hulu or to cast them onto the tv in my room.

Very beautiful and luxury feel. Checking in started with a key that didn't work but the desk associate went with me immediately to make sure the replacement key did work. Room temperature controls were excellent. Beds were quite comfortable. The interior bathroom door handle and door frame was smeared with blood, I cleaned it myself because I didn't want to wait.
