Thoughtfully renovated 3BR/2BA duplex in Jersey City with a private patio, full kitchen, and downstairs game lounge. The main level has 2 bedrooms, a bath, living area, and patio access; downstairs has a 3rd bedroom, 2nd bath, and lounge for games, movies, or extra hangout space. Sleeps 6 comfortably, up to 8 with sofa bed. About a 15-minute walk to Journal Square PATH for easy trips into Manhattan.



The Space

This private duplex spans two levels of a Jersey City row house and works especially well for groups who want separate zones. Parents can stay upstairs while kids or teens hang out downstairs, friends can split between two levels, and work travelers can enjoy more privacy than a standard apartment layout.

The main level includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen, a cozy living room, and access to the private patio. The ground level includes one private bedroom, one full bathroom, and a bonus game lounge with TV, gaming setup, and space to relax.

Getting to NYC

Journal Square PATH is about a 15-minute walk from the home, with train service into Manhattan in roughly 10–20 minutes depending on destination and timing.

NJ Transit bus service is also nearby, about a 3–5 minute walk, with service to Times Square in around 45 minutes depending on traffic.

Kitchen

The galley-style kitchen has bright blue cabinets, generous counter space, and everything needed for everyday cooking. We provide cookware, spices, oil, coffee, tea, and basic essentials. There is also a Keurig with plenty of pods and a fabric steamer for guest use.

Living Room

The upstairs living room is cozy rather than oversized, but the duplex layout gives your group a second hangout zone downstairs in the game lounge.

The sofa converts to a full-size sofa bed, best suited for 1 adult or 2 children. Please let us know in advance if you would like it prepared.

Bedrooms

The upper level has two queen bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a custom L-shaped headboard, built-in character, and bedside sconces with USB charging ports. Bedroom 2 has calm blue-green tones and a small desk for work.

The two upstairs bedrooms are separated by the living room and bathroom, giving each room a bit more privacy.

The ground-level bedroom is a spacious private room with an iron bed frame, mini split, and NYC skyline wall art. It is accessed by the interior staircase.

We provide 100% cotton sheets and duvet covers for breathable, comfortable sleep.

Bonus Game Lounge

The ground level includes a dedicated lounge with a mounted TV, gaming setup, and space for board games or casual hangouts. It serves as the duplex’s second common area and is great for movie nights, game nights, or simply giving your group more room to spread out across two floors.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 is on the upper level and is newly renovated with a rain showerhead, glass enclosure, heated towel warmer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and first aid kit.

Bathroom 2 is on the ground level and has a dramatic black tile tub surround, vessel sink, wood vanity, and tub/shower combo with handheld showerhead and built-in niche. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

Dining and Patio

The home has an urban-friendly dining setup with flexible indoor dining and outdoor seating on the private patio.

The patio is a private outdoor space with seating and plants, great for morning coffee when the weather cooperates.

Parking

Free street parking is available in the neighborhood, but this is a dense urban area and parking can be limited, especially later in the evening.

If you arrive earlier in the day, there is usually a better chance of finding a street spot nearby. Late-night arrivals may have a much harder time finding parking.

If you are arriving late or want a guaranteed space, we strongly recommend using SpotHero or another parking reservation app to reserve paid parking nearby before arrival.

Street parking is not guaranteed. Please always follow posted signs and pay close attention to street-cleaning rules, which are enforced.

Pets

One dog is allowed per reservation. Please add your dog during booking. Unregistered pets may result in cancellation.

Guest Access

Guests have the entire duplex to themselves. The space is fully private and self-contained.

Other Things to Note

Early check-in is sometimes possible, but the only way to guarantee morning access is to book the night before. Same-day early check-in depends on departures and cleaning.

Check-out is 11:00 AM. Our cleaners work on a tight schedule, so late departures can delay the next guest’s arrival.

No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.

In-unit washer/dryer is available for guest use.

This is a private duplex unit in a 2-family home, with a separate unit above, so you may hear occasional sounds from above. Please keep noise reasonable, especially after 10:00 PM.
