The staff overall was very Pleasant and accomadating. The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff was great. The front desk staff was overall very courteous especially the young man who was on staff the evening we arrived on 12/16/2025. One person stood out for her rudeness and he n as Mr was Bahamia. She was very rude and unpleasant. She needs to be retrained or removed from customer service. I’m bad with remembering names but hers stood out and not for good reasons. That one star removed came due to her rude behavior.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the accommodations provided during my recent stay. The room's condition was subpar, reminiscent of a short-stay establishment rather than a reputable hotel. Specifically, the room was notably small, and the hot water in the bathroom was unavailable. Furthermore, the showerhead was detached from the wall, and a piece of drywall was merely placed in a wall opening without proper repair. The overall ambiance of the room was dark and uninviting, which did not justify the price point. For future stays, I will consider alternative accommodations, such as the Homestead in Edison.

By mistake I reserved the room in expedia minutes before getting to the hotel, didn't nocitice that the check in was for 3pm instead of the time I got there anyways I stayed at the hotel and had to pay for the room again and asked staff if they could refund me the amount and I was told no. even thoug I had just paid for the room right in there I asked the staff why was that not possible and was just told that it was hotel policy
