The home is thoughtfully appointed with air conditioning and heat, plush 100% cotton towels, and premium bath amenities including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a blow dryer. All linens are 100% cotton, many of them organic. A brand-new, spa-inspired bathroom features a deep soaking tub and a heated bidet for added comfort and luxury.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker and the home offers both an indoor family dining table and an outdoor dining area for meals by the water. The living room is designed for comfort, featuring oversized, down-filled furniture and a 72” television visible throughout the main living space, along with a YouTube TV subscription and Bluetooth speaker.

The lakefront side of the home is lined with east-facing windows, where sunrise and sunset light glimmers across the water. Outside, lush landscaping creates privacy and a sense of being gently tucked away, with roses and hydrangeas surrounding the property. A cedar outdoor shower sits among the gardens, ( available for use May-October ) and the cedar-shingled home blends naturally into its peaceful setting. Lake is filled with panfish perfect for all your round fishing.

Enjoy a sandy beach leading directly into the lake, (beach is currently under water due south to spring flooding) a private dock (for use may-early October) with seating for day and night enjoyment, and a fire pit with comfortable chairs for evenings under the stars. Three kayaks and a paddleboard are included for exploring the water at your leisure.

Please ensure all windows are shut. Coolers drained and emptied. Any un opened food items are ok ( will be left for next renters) but please throw away any open and used food and drink items.
For linens please throw all towels used in the white basket hamper provided. Will be stored flat inside pantry doors. Leave linens on bed but keep used beds unmade.
Please rinse and load used dishes in dish washer. Turn over crew will start the washer. Please turn off all lights.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
