Welcome to "The Heist"

This is truly Newberry's premier place to stay. Located right downtown in one of Newberry's oldest and most profound historic buildings. Sits right on the snowmobile trail and is walking distance to local restaurants, coffee shop, gift shops and grocery store.

Great Room:
It provides spacious living area, cozy seating for 5, warm lighting that dims, and a welcoming atmosphere for relaxing after a day of exploring. A Marshall bluetooth stereo is there for all your listening pleasures, as well as a 75" smart TV. Ample area for hanging of coats and snow gear as well as a shelf for helmets, gloves etc.. You will enjoy a 75 plus year old original state bank sign that lights up for your nostalgic pleasure.

Modern Kitchen:
Fully equipped with appliances, cookware, and plenty of counter space for preparing meals. A fully stocked coffee bar with french press and a latte/espresso machine add a touch of ease for those coffee lovers. Enough regular and decaf coffee will be provided to get your stay started. If you want a specialty drink you will need to provide your own milk. Syrups, both sugar free and regular are provided. Tea packets are also provided.

Bedroom 1:
Primary bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, 55" smart TV, bedroom furniture, 2 universal size robes, ample area to hang clothes and a full length corner mirror for your pleasure. :-)

Bedroom2:
Second bedroom is equipped with your choice of 2 twin xl beds or 1 split king size bed. Please let us know at booking how you would like this room made up. Room has bedroom furniture, a 55" smart TV, ample area for hanging clothes as well as 2 universal size robes.

Bedroom 3:
This is actually a loft off of the living area. It has a twin xl mattress, a night stand and a lamp. Ample area for hanging clothes is located at the base of the ladder. 1 universal size robe will be provided.

Game Room:
Game room provides a fun space for all. There is a foosball table, Pac-man machine with multiple games on it, a Wheel of Fortune machine with multiple games, a pub table, board games, cards, and books to read.

Bathroom:
Clean and modern. All essentials including shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as hair dryer and magnifying mirror are provided.

Outdoor Space:
Enjoy a private patio with seating, a grill, and a 6 person hot tub. Area has a heated towel rack, robe/towel hooks and drop down privacy/sun shades as well as a bluetooth sound system. Everything needed for your maximum comfort.

Parking:
Convenient on-site parking for guests. You can park your snowmobiles right outside the front door and ample area for vehicles and 2 snowmobile trailers. If you need more room we can accommodate within a short distance away.

Things to know:
This condo is located inside of a shared building. A faith based youth group meets on the other side of the building and upstairs every Wednesday evening from 7-9:30 pm. They do play music and games and you can definitely hear them from inside of this unit. All noise stops abruptly at 9:30pm. If you have students from 7-12 grades they are welcome to attend.

The game room is located inside of the original bank vault. Some would say that the floor is cold during winter months so you may need to bring some heavy socks or a pair of slippers to get maximum enjoyment out of this room.

Minutes from Tahquamenon Falls State Park, Oswald’s Bear Ranch, and scenic trails.
Right on the local snowmobiling route, near hiking paths, and fishing spots.
Short drive to Lake Superior and other natural wonders of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.

This condo offers its guests a hot tub. The front desk is open around the clock.
